Gearing Up For Summer In The Valley

As usual things have been as busy as can be here in the Santa Ynez Valley. In addition to planning for my own upcoming shows and print production, I have been assisting in planning for the 28th annual Los Olivos Quick Draw and Arts Festival. The event will be held Saturday August 16th 2014 in Los Olivos on the grounds of Mattei’s Tavern and is sure to be a big hit. You can find out more at http://santaynezvalleyarts.org/2013-quick-draw-arts-festival

I have also been in the final preparation phases of a new series of work for exhibit. This new series will meld old technologies and techniques with modern day approaches much like my platniotype print series “The Oak Lives”. If you haven’t already done so you can sign up to be notified by email when the new series is on view with the following link.
